Returns, Warranties and Damages (UK) - South Core Automotive
All parts supplied by us, South Core Automotive, are subject to our own 30 Days Money Back Guarantee. You have the option to return the item to us for a full refund within a period of 30 Days from receiving the item. The buyer must pay the return shipping for the following reasons: change of mind (buyer's remorse) or units purchased incorrectly by the buyer (accidental orders).
After the 30 Days has expired, you are no longer eligible for the money back guarantee. However, you have up to 90 Days Warranty with ALL parts sold and supplied by South Core Automotive. This warranty covers your purchase for any goods purchased that develop genuine faults.
In the event that a fault occurs, you must contact us at the earliest convenience and explain your situation. South Core Automotive reserves the right to decline a faulty goods return if a part has been fitted incorrectly. To qualify for a full refund, you must produce a receipt as proof of labor during fitting at a VAT registered garage, service center, or via a qualified technician.

If your order has arrived in a damaged condition, we will require photographic evidence to verify its state upon arrival. In the event that your order was damaged outside of your control, we will arrange a collection on your behalf. Prior to the collection, we will require you to provide a verified collection address for our courier.
In all cases, we advise speaking to one of our representatives over the phone to discuss the situation. Even if you are unsure whether you are eligible for a return, there may be something that we can advise or assist you with. South Core Automotive takes no responsibility for faults that arise through advice provided by our staff members or services. We always recommend consulting with a trained professional.
Upon return of your item, the part will be thoroughly inspected before refunding your order. Please note that all our parts are discreetly security marked to prevent any fraudulent activities.
Smaller items returned will be examined in-house. However, larger/heavier goods such as engines, gearboxes, and other complex units returned for faults may undergo a diagnosis period. During this period, units are dispatched to a third party for a full assessment of the cause of failure. This diagnosis period typically lasts between two to four weeks and is entirely out of South Core Automotive's control. Once we receive the diagnosis, we will contact you to confirm whether your return has been approved or denied based on their findings.
If you return an item that does not match what we sent to you, the disparities will be noted. Your return could be voided, and your details may be forwarded to the authorities for suspected fraudulent activity.
In the majority of cases, a refund is all that is required. Once approved by management, one of our staff members will initiate a refund, which will be refunded via the payment gateway you initially used to purchase the item.
International Sales and Returns
South Core Automotive is based in the UK. Complications can arise throughout the shipping process due to leaving the European Union. However, we still aim to supply you with your order as quickly as possible.
All international sales placed via our online store or over the phone are priced including VAT within the UK. Your order total will include sufficient postage costings (excluding importing duties and fees) to deliver the parcel to a location you specify. Accurate and legitimate postage locations are the sole responsibility of you, the buyer. If you place an order with an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible to attempt to rectify the issue. If the parcel has already been dispatched, it's highly likely that the parcel destination cannot be edited. However, we are always happy to attempt to alter the destination where possible.
All shipping details will be provided to the customer at the point of dispatch. The carrier being used will be clearly stated in your dispatch notification emails. Upon arrival in the country of destination, the carrier may request payment of any outstanding duties required prior to delivery. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that these fees are settled, including but not limited to any duty payments and distribution fees. Failure to ensure that the duties are paid could result in the parcel being returned to us. If your order is returned to us due to insufficient delivery details, customs charges not paid, or failure to collect from an access point, your order will be treated as a return to us. South Core Automotive does not accept responsibility for any further charges made by carriers regarding your order.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item for another is to contact us, explain the situation, organize a return, and then purchase the correct unit from our online store.
Exchanges required in the event of a buyer error: The buyer will need to purchase the shipping and then order the correct part from our online store or place the order over the phone.
Exchanges required due to Seller error: We (the seller) will organize a courier collection for the incorrect part. Where available, we will exchange the unit for the correct product. Alternatively, if the item doesn't match the displayed listing, please contact us to arrange a replacement if stock availability allows it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Gift cards are also non-returnable or refundable.
